ZJ70/4500 Drilling rig has four choice of driven mode according to your requirement: mechanical driven, combination driven, DC motor driven, AC stepless variable motor driven.

 Main components/parts,such as a crown block,traveling block,hook,swivel, rotary table,mast & substructure are in compliance with API standards, and can be stamped with API monogram.

Design feature:

1.Adopting digital-control technique, computer technique and integrating mechanics, electricity, hydraulics and pneumatics into design, the intelligent control for drilling rig is realized through PLC technology and touch screen.

 2. To reduce driller and drilling workers' labor intensity and promote the drilling automation degree, the drilling rig is equipped with a hydraulic disc brake and some    

mechanized wellhead tools to realize the remote control. For electrical driven type, the drawworks is equipped with an emergency motor to greatly promote the capacity for handling any accidents.

3. The erection mode of the mast is self-propelled.

4. For combination driven, DC motor driven, AC stepless variable frequency driven. drawworks and drilling floor equipments is installed in low position, The mast and substructure is raised by the power of the drawworks at one time. the drum of drawworks is grooved. The brake system adopts hydraulic disk brake and assistant brake (electromagnetic brake, or Enton brake, or dynamic brake) together, with simple structure and reliable performance.
